OUR MISSION

At WAVE, we believe that a high quality education taught by passionate educators is not solely found in a brick and mortar 8am-3pm setting. WAVE students, kindergarten through 12th grade, have the opportunity to work at a place and a pace that fits their individual needs.

WAVE, or Wausau Area Virtual Education, is a Public Charter School in the Wausau School District. We're committed to offering flexible and engaging learning options for students in grades K-12 to students across Wisconsin.

If you have any questions or would like to learn more about our programs, please don't hesitate to reach out to me, Jena Treu, the WAVE Principal. You can contact me by email at jtreu@wausauschools.org or by phone at 715-261-0582.

I'm so glad that you're here!
